This programme is a visionary leadership journey tailored for Top Management, charting a strategic path that empowers leaders to navigate and guide business and organisational change with finesse in a dynamic and competitive landscape.

It was designed during a period of significant transformation for the company, aiming to unite the PAST, represented by executives with greater seniority, and the new PRESENT, represented by new talents and acquisitions, into a new singular force capable of supporting the FUTURE.
The experience took place across three cities: Milan, London and Paris. It was designed to alternate between educational sessions, creative moments, and high-stimulation activities. For example, participants engaged in an 'Underground Milan experience' to explore uncertainty and derive the best from it, as well as a simulation at a London-based startup incubator.
The consistent presence of key strategic personnel from the company allowed for immediate translation of every message into the participants' daily reality.
